Learning from Long-Necked Flamingos – Feeling Free!
Hello my friends,
I was in San Diego over the weekend and had a wonderful morning at the world famous San Diego Zoo. It’s a great place – I used to hang out there quite a bit when I lived in town.
The Flamingo Lagoon is still at the front of the Zoo. Their lovely, long necks reaching up to the sky reminded me to Think Up! Also, life goes both up and down, and both are easier with a free neck!
Did you know Flamingos can lower their heads into the water and turn them around upside down?
When you’re feeling a bit blah, think of Flamingos. Pause a moment. Breathe. Think of allowing your neck to be free like a Flamingo and look around, even if you’re down. You might feel just a wee bit better with a free neck. Try it and see!
If you’re local to me, you’re invited to a free informational meeting this Thursday, also the February class starts up soon!
If not, or it’s just not your thing, here’s another picture to amuse you.
Shy elephant peeking out 🙂
Namaste,
Dana
P.S. If you’d like to follow along, come join my blog! I’ll send you a gift of ease – a free audio guide to help you relax your neck and shoulders and feel better right now.
