You are invited to a fun, movement-based class for freedom in the body and good posture without tension. Feel better and have great posture without efforting at it.
Heads-up – the November class starts this week!
When: Wednesdays, Nov. 2, 9, 16, 23, 3012:00 – 1:00 PM
Where: Pacific Ballet 295 Polaris, Mt. View 94043
We are in Studio 4 – entrance in back
Lots of Free parking!
Fee: $125 for the month of November Paid at the first meeting, cash or check please.
(If class is not held on 11/23, then $100 for the month tbd at the first meeting).
Bring: a yoga mat and a couple of paperback books to place under your head. Wear comfortable clothes. Sneakers, socks, or barefoot is fine; no heels.
The Alexander Technique has been known to actors and musicians for over 120 years for poise and elegance in movement. We will do easy, fun movement using Alexander principles to free your body, relax a bit and find better posture naturally.
No experience necessary. Class size limited to six people.
