Hello my friends! Happy Spring!
Come to a small (6 people max) movement-based class for freedom in the body and better posture without tension. Class runs monthly and the new cycle begins this coming Wednesday, May 3!
I have room for only two more people – so let me know if you’re interested! Bring a friend and have some fun!
This is a small group for lots of personal attention. We will explore the connection between movement and posture, based on the principles of the Alexander Technique.
Class has been popular and fun. Students say that movement is freeing.

Wednesday, Noon – 1 PM
At: Pacific Ballet, Mt. View, Studio 4 (around back)
Lots of free parking
$100 for five weeks (only $20/session, but paid in full at the start of the month)
Please bring: A yoga mat, some paperback books to place under your head, and please wear sneakers, soft-soled shoes, or comfy socks. It is a ballet floor!
