Eight Days a Week
I’ve missed you!
Really, life and dancing got busy and I have missed writing to you. I hope sharing is a way of making it up to you.
I was dancing…and an opportunity to dance in a showcase appeared. The only problem was, it was coming up in four weeks.
So….I started dancing seven days a week (felt like eight sometimes), and teaching, and life got busy.
The showcase was in September, dancing with Andrea Faraci, owner and coach at Starlite Ballroom, San Jose, CA.
Here’s the first dance; a Foxtrot:

I learned about being nervous and having a good time anyway. Actually, once we danced, I wanted to dance again. Luckily we had two routines.
Here’s the Waltz, it was the second dance:

I’ve never shared my dancing via email so please be gentle with me!
I traveled twice since then; once to visit family, and once, to a seminar. That provided a real life lesson. If you’d like to read about it, click here. I am absolutely convinced that movement is key to freeing the body and having good posture. The story is true. I hope you enjoy. I know you may not live in the area, but if you’re here, you’re welcome to join my class. And if not, do some kind of movement wherever you are!
Dance! Move! Movement is life…
…and enjoy 🙂
with love,
Dana
