Hello my friends,
Here’s a tip as you start the week. Use as needed!
Letting your head be light, up on top, eases your neck and will help your posture. Here’s a mini-exercise to help:
Find your feet under you if you’re standing, or find your sit bones under you, if you’re seated.
Notice your weight going into your feet (or your hips).
Let out a breath,
Lightly, ask your head to float upward.
And breathe again.
A light thought upwards makes life (and movement) easier.
Play with this idea, it is both profound and physical. Repeat as needed!
