Seven Tips for Lightness and Ease – Day Three!
Hello my friends,
Here’s a tip to ease your neck.
Picture your neck; if you think about its structure, your neck is cylindrical.
Can you see that if you were looking down from above the top of your head, through your neck, it looks circular, from above?
The aperture of a camera is also circular.
It tightens as it closes and expands as it opens
Imagine your neck like the aperture of a camera.
It expands as it releases.
Now pause a moment, and breathe.
As you exhale, let it release
In all ways
All around.
Can you let it release to allow the air to come in?
Exhale through your mouth and allow your neck to expand again.
No work
Just letting go.
Enjoy!
Dana
P.S. To truly feel good, try my guided audio for Constructive Rest, 8 minutes to ease in your neck and shoulders. The guided audio is my gift to you when you join my blog.
Your voice was so soothing and comforting. I feel all blessed-out and much better through the shoulders and neck. You have a real gift. Thanks for sharing this with the world (and me).
