Oprah Magazine recommends Alexander Technique for back pain. “When Ibuprofen Won’t Cut It” ….use Alexander Technique!

The recommendation is based on a large-scale study published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) in August, 2008.

In April, 2009, O Magazine published a more complete article, reporting on the back pain study.
